Every item is made to order. Printing takes 2–5 business days, then US shipping takes 3–4 business days, so most orders arrive in about 5–9 business days. Wine tumblers and the Gold M Snapback are made by a different partner and can take a day or two longer. Times are estimates and can change with volume. We don’t promise a delivery date. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free standard US shipping on orders of $70 or more. Wine tumblers and the snapback have their own shipping charge. You'll get a tracking email when it ships.

If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or as the wrong item, or the carrier confirms it was lost, use the contact form within 30 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date if it never arrives). Include your order number and photos of the whole item. We'll reprint or refund it. Don't mail it back unless we ask.

We don't take returns for a change of mind, the wrong size, or the wrong color. Check the size guide before checkout. Details are in our shipping policy and refund policy.

Turn inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print. That's how you keep it looking MemPhresh.
