When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order. Most orders print and ship within 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it is on the way.
How do I pick the right size?
Each product page has a size guide. Tees are unisex with a modern fit — if you are between sizes, size up for a more relaxed look.
Can I return or exchange?
If it arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we'll reprint, replace, or refund. Because gear is printed on demand, we can't accept returns on worn items or wrong-size orders.
Where is MemPhresh based?
Straight out of Memphis, Tennessee. Designs are rooted in 901 culture and printed on demand so we are not sitting on warehouse stock.
How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account to view orders, or use the tracking link in your shipping email. Still stuck? Send us a note with your order number.
Made to order
Shipping & Returns
Every MemPhresh piece is printed on demand and typically ships within 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves the shop.
If something arrives damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right — reprint, replace, or refund.
Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns on worn or washed pieces, or on items ordered in the wrong size. Double-check the size guide on the product page before you check out.
