Every piece is made to order by a production partner. Most orders arrive in about 5–10 business days after you order. Hats can take a bit longer. Times are estimates and can change with volume. We don’t promise a delivery date. Shipping is calculated at checkout. You'll get a tracking email when it ships.
If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or as the wrong item, or the carrier confirms it was lost, use the contact form within 30 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date if it never arrives). Include your order number and photos of the whole item. We'll reprint or refund it. Don't mail it back unless we ask.
We don't take returns for a change of mind, the wrong size, or the wrong color. Check the size guide before checkout. Details are in our shipping policy and refund policy.
